Here is our new build Berrara holiday accommodation project we completed about a month ago. This beauty might not be big but it is packed with everything you need to escape and relax. This cedar clad style home is an old fashion style with a modern twist. Both the client and us are super happy with how this has turned out. Lets not forget a big thanks to all trades involved bringing the plan to life.

Stripping out your bathroom to find major termite damage is sure to upset your day! But it can look a lot worse then it is. This bathroom area had major damage. We were able to prop all the weight from the floors above, pull out all the damaged frames and replace them in a day as well as complete further investigation into the rest of the house frames to find where the termites tracked to and what will need repairing. Luckily the bathroom was the worst of it.

If you’re down at Plantation Point Reserve over the next couple of weeks you may notice the playground is closed with our signage on the fence. Thanks to the Vincentia residents and rates payers association the park is getting some new shad sails installed over the play equipment. We will be working hard to get the park back open for the school holiday period.
