Deck & Fencing ✅

The finishing stages included the decking area under pergola, using Keksias adjustable pedestals and ally frame. Aliwood fencing with Blackbutt handrail, and a custom box seat for the BBQ area.

Designed for durability and style, each element ties together the outdoor spaces, creating a functional, accessible, and welcoming environment for residents to enjoy.
It turned out beautifully!

Built to provide shade and comfort, this structure ties in seamlessly with the surrounding walkways and outdoor spaces

30m Access Ramp Completed ✅

Continuing on from the wrap-around deck,
here’s our access, this 30-metre long ramp taking us from the car park to the east side of the building. Graded to meet code and landings at the end of each ramp.

Built for strength, safety, and accessibility, this ramp provides a smooth and compliant pathway while tying in neatly with the surrounding works.
