When you're working on a coal stacker, time on site matters.

Safe Seal Wrap NZ FR Shrink Wrap and a Keder roof truss system, including a pre-wrapped, cranable roof FR Shrink Wrap and a Keder roof truss system, including a pre-wrapped, cranable roof.

The roof was wrapped on the ground before being lifted into position, making the installation far more efficient and helping get the containment in place quickly.

The result? The job was wrapped in under 24 hours.

It's a great example of what can be achieved when the containment system is designed around the project from the start.

Built for a tough site.

This NSW coal reclaimer project put Safe Seal Wrap NZ to work in some challenging conditions.

Installed by Rize Scaffold, the containment system used 300 micron FR Safe Seal Shrink Wrap, Safe Seal Flooring, Blast Tape and Poly Tape to create a secure and durable work environment around the reclaimer.

And then came the weather.

The completed containment was safely handed over and went on to withstand 90 km/h+ wind gusts, putting the strength of the system to the test.

A great result on a demanding project, and credit to the Rize Scaffold installation team for the work that went into getting this one safely installed and handed over.

A stronger solution from the ground up – When containment matters, the flooring underneath the work area is just as important as what's happening above it. Safe Seal LDPE Flooring creates a durable, sealed barrier that helps contain dust, debris, spills and other contaminants, while providing a stable working surface for crews.

The 2 mm LDPE flooring is designed for demanding site conditions, with a treaded upper surface to provide improved grip and a smooth underside that helps create a reliable seal against the surface below. A special project in a pretty iconic location.

Works at Seal Rocks Lighthouse involved re-roofing this heritage structure in a tough coastal environment where wind, salt air, and exposure all add to the challenge. Projects like this require careful planning, the right setup, and a crew that knows what they’re doing.

Another solid setup on site at the NSW Coal Port.

This project involved structural remediation along with blast and paint works during a shutdown period. Over the years we’ve been involved in some pretty large-scale projects across construction, mining, infrastructure, transport, and industrial works. But our old website didn’t really reflect the scale of the work or the projects we’re proud to be part of.

Good training makes a real difference on site — and it’s always great to hear when teams walk away feeling more confident.

Recently we hosted installers from Stronghold Hire Scaffolding Services for shrink wrap installation training, focusing on the fundamentals along with practical tips that make the process smoother and more efficient in real working conditions.
