Sekisō — the Japanese word for layered composition, underpins our latest project.

A series of stacked concrete planes organises the home. Spaces shift from private to public, from open to enclosed, from brutal to layered detailing. The three-storey design includes a roof terrace and suspended pool. It is grounded in a darker, more controlled palette, where concrete mass is balanced through contrast and restraint. Each level is carefully resolved to capture city views while preserving a strong sense of privacy.
