🎓 Building futures beyond the classroom 🏗️

We’re currently delivering a refurbishment project at La Salle Academy Lithgow a high school in the Lithgow region and were proud to be invited to take part in the school’s Annual Careers Fair Day.

Students had the opportunity to connect with local businesses and gain real insight into life after school — and we were proud to be involved.

Our Site Manager Peter spoke with students about modular construction, refurbishing existing buildings and new construction, sharing his experience and giving a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into the work we do every day.

Creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and helping shape the next generation — that’s something we’re always proud to support.

The transformation of the Peakhurst Park Community Centre for Georges River Council is now complete — and the results speak for themselves 👀

This project showcases a complete end-to-end delivery by the Modstruct Group team — from the initial demolition of the existing structure through to the handover of a brand new, purpose-designed modular facility 🏢

What started as an dilapidated building has been completely reimagined into a modern, functional space built to better serve the local community.

This project is a perfect example of what can be achieved with a fully integrated approach. We managed the entire process demolition ➡️ design ➡️ off site modular fabrication ➡️ installation ➡️ fitout

By handling every stage in-house, we ensured consistency, efficiency and a high-quality finish across the entire build. ✅

Another successful delivery on site in Sydney 🏗️

Our team has recently completed the installation of five modular units and one access ramp at a local public school, creating a dedicated multipurpose space for teachers, students and the local community. 🏫

This new space will provide staff and students with a functional, comfortable environment to collaborate, learn, plan, and support positive outcomes — while also offering a valuable space for community use beyond school hours, something we’re proud to be a part of.📝

From factory fabrication through to onsite installation, this project highlights the efficiency and precision that modular construction delivers. Offsite construction allowed for improved quality control, reduced onsite program time, and minimal disruption to the live school environment — key considerations for education projects. 📚

Ever wondered how we get our modules from the factory to site? 🏗️🚛
From factory floor to final placement, it’s a carefully planned process involving heavy transport, cranes and precise logistics to ensure each module arrives safely and ready for installation. Modular buildings are typically transported by specialised trailers and lifted into position on-site by cranes before being joined together.
A big thank you to Prolift17 Crane Hire or the crane hire and TAV Transcrane for the safe transport of the modules. 👏
