✅ Calibrate Haltech R5 ECU on NA+T Barra engine.

✅ Kept boost and timing low to protect rods in this race car. Made 320rwkw and 600nm torque on 90kpa boost.

✅ Intercooler proved to be massively inefficient so with some changes and a built motor we should be able to turn it right up!

✅ Set up flat shift and downshift blips for proper full throttle fun 😁

✅️ Remove 8HP transmission and fit new Circle D high stall torque convertor
✅️ Refit transmission and fill oil to correct level
✅️ Install Track Industries clutch emulator clutch pedal and position sensor
✅️ Dyno tune transmission to suit new high stall convertor, set up convertor slip values, and lock up table. Set up transbrake and rolling launch
✅️ Check over fuel system to rectify syphon jet pump issues on PHR hanger

This E36 came in for some finishing touches and wiring plus a tune. The following was competed at SM Automotive Solutions.

✅️ Link G4X Plug in ecu installed with expansion loom, full sensor package as well as a Link ECU CAN Lambda kit.

✅️ OEM harness modified for boost control, IAT and various other changes

✅️ Fuel system upgraded, intake plenum refitted.

✅️ Calibration on the dyno netting a result of 287rwkw on 12 psi boost from the M52B28 as well as a broad torque curve.

✅️ Identified some issues that need addressing prior to first outing on the track.
