The living area's raked ceiling pulls light in from above, and the main bedroom picks up its own through a corner window. Timber, linen and ceramics run through every room, with black tapware and soft, curved details adding a bit of contrast along the way.

Happy Customer Monday!

Last time we caught up with Kane and Estee, they'd chosen their colours at their Studio appointment.

Captured by Kane during a recent site visit, their Mayfield is starting to take shape, with the modern street appeal of the Madison facade starting to emerge. There's also talk of an Instagram build account coming soon, and we're excited to see more of what's ahead.

We are excited to announce that our two new display homes are now open at Monarch Estate, Deanside!

Bedrooms are zoned to one side of the home, separated from the kitchen, meals and family area that sit at its heart. A raked ceiling lifts the zone, adding openness while keeping a sense of ease throughout.

Happy Customer Monday!

The smiles say it all for first home buyers Jasmine and Drew. The engaged couple recently received the keys to their Vogue after 4.5 months of construction. We could hear the excitement in their voices as they talked about ticking off their first projects as homeowners, sorting the driveway and hanging sheers in the bedrooms.

We've loved following their building journey on their account and can't wait to see how they make it a home.
