Stage One complete!
This old house has been raised on new stump poles, and we have just finished the new sewer and storm water systems to kick off this big renovation project 💥

We have replaced the entire old earthenware sewer lines with the updated PVC. Then added in a new stormwater system connected to the street, with additional down pipes and future pits.

Big reno underway, we can’t wait to see how this one turns out! 👏🏼

Usually I’d write a caption here to explain the job we did, but as you can see we installed some downpipes to sort out this clients stormwater problem…

What we don’t usually say, is all nitty gritty of how we did it. So we just want to thank this person for recognising the work we do and as always, glad we could get another job completed with the right solution, executed correctly, neatly, and most importantly, once 🫡

we removed this 35 year old hot water unit that had finally given up 😂 and installed this brand new 125L unit in its place. Happy clients won’t go without these holidays!

Clients complained their hot water was not very hot anymore?
So we replaced the old heater with this new system, also moved to a more convenient location out of their entertainment space to behind the house. The rainwater tank was removed from this area do we relocated the downpipes to suit.

This family is happy to have their hot water back and out of sight! 👏🏼
