"I highly recommend Bay Tree Services! I had a mature Cypress tree making an alarming cracking sound in the wind and brought in a professional rather than risk a dangerous DIY fix.
The Managing Director, Adrian, came out to conduct a thorough AQF hazard assessment for a very reasonable fee and provided an excellent report.
I sent an email on Saturday to ask about removing the specific wedged stub causing the cracking. First thing on Monday morning, I received a phone call from one of his staff members to arrange it.
The staff member arrived pretty much instantly and took care of it safely, promptly, and efficiently as a follow-up to our assessment. Adrian and his crew went completely above and beyond for us. I am so impressed by the honest, professional service and incredible turnaround! 5 stars!"

Good time to get your trees checked 🌳🪾

This Cypress looked fine from the ground - but after a small limb failed, our team carried out an aerial inspection and found further fractured limbs hiding higher up in the canopy.

It's a good reminder: large trees can hide problems that aren't visible from below. Regular checks catch issues before they become hazards.
