One of the major issues is people who are not trained to do building work on owners biggest assets !
This home has had a courtyard built up higher than the house floor levels.
And has downpipes discharging onto it.
Leaves 🍁 block the drain.
And then flood into the floor and go under the home.
Courtyards or light wells need to be 150 mm lower than the home floor levels.
And if downpipes discharge from a roof they need to be connected to the stormwater system.
I see these issues often.
Unfortunately they don’t comply to codes and standards.

The good news is we can fix any issue you may have at your home.
