We are well underway on our new project in partnership with Crema Constructions at 111 Lorimer st, Docklands.

With the podium levels going in and the building starting to take shape, we will be working hard to stay behind the builders screens and install the sub frame & window wall safely and on time.

Another partnership between Crema and New Image Installations.

Project update- Novus on Bowen

With the job well under way, the sub frame, caulking and window wall is going in behind the screens.

With the glass going in to Level 14, we almost there as the building is only 18 floors.

Another job moving along nicely in partnership with Hamilton Marino Builders

Our job at 245 Normanby Rd is almost complete. With the crane down and the ground floor windows going in, it’s only the last finishing touches to go.

40 stories of windows going in behind the builders screens, and the podium curtain wall windows all successfully installed, it has made this building come together and look great. Another successful partnership for New Image and Hamilton Marino Builders.

Project update on 205 Normanby rd for Crema Constructions

The job has now been handed over to the client on time. With New Image completing all window wall, spandrel panels, cladding, caulking, louvers to the roof, halo cladding on the roof, canopy glass and the very detailed curved glass and cladding panels inside and outside on the podium.

Another successful job completed for Crema Constructions and we are greatful for your partnership and looking forward to our project together in mid 2026.

Project Update on 245 Normanby rd for Hamilton Marino Builders

The job is flying along with the window wall staying behind the screens and installation going strong. Windows are now in on Level 35.

The curtain wall on the podium is almost complete with a few more panels to crane in then on to the massive 7m panels on ground floor.

It has been a busy year with 2 buildings getting completed, Grand Madison building for Crema Constructions and The Archive for Crema Constructions. We also have 2 more well on their way for Hamilton Marino builders being 245 Normanby rd and 2 Bowen Cres, Melbourne.
We're grateful for your partnership this year and look forward to building more success in the New Year. Thanks for letting us be a part of your vision.
