This old heritage listed shop was tired and run down in the heart of Yea, Victoria. Working closely with Sage Homes, the brief was to restore life back into the building and bring it into the modern age.

While much of the floor plan was to remain the same, extensive work was required to bring the areas and rooms up to the current building code. As you can see some rooms didn't have any floors!
We are really impressed and excited to showcase an amazing transformation with Sage Homes.
