Meet Jason Mayhew 👋

Jason is our Senior Estimator and Business Development Manager here at Imperial Kitchens and has been part of the team for 10 years this October!

As one of our long standing senior employees, Jason is a vital part of our estimating department and integral member of the team. His role involves supporting our business relationships, market and pricing reviews, overseeing of all quoted works and ongoing development of core customer relations. His experience within estimating helps to ensure our customers are getting the most accurate quotes inline with the specific scope of works, especially on our bigger more in-depth jobs.

When asked what he loves most about working at Imperial Kitchens, Jason said "the security and stability of working for a well established family owned business".

Meet Russell Cohen 👋

Russell is a Drafter and Builder Design Consultant here at Imperial Kitchens and has been part of the team for 2 years after returning from a short break away.

His role involves drafting production drawings, translating design concepts, collating material/hardware listings and having one on one consultations with our builders cliental to assist with design layouts and specific joinery selections for their custom built cabinetry.

When asked what he loves most about working at Imperial Kitchens, Russell said “Being able to help translate our client’s individual dreams into a unique space that families occupy and utilise every day. Whether it’s working with our builders or homeowners directly, my personal satisfaction comes from the journey you take with clients from 2d concepts into 3-dimensional living spaces. I believe Joinery can be living art – My dream job!".

Meet Ollie 👋

Ollie is a Cabinet Maker here at Imperial Kitchens and has been part of the team for 5 years.

Starting at Imperial Kitchens green and as a young fresh faced youth, Ollie was offered an apprenticeship in cabinetmaking and opportunity for a career. Flash forward and Ollie’s now trade qualified, becoming an important and respected member of our staff. He’s had a lot of experience on the bench and looking to move more towards onsite maintenance and installation. Ollie’s role involves working on a variety of levels of cabinetry from small simple builds to larger more complex styles, reviewing drafting plans and taking our new apprentices under his wing.

When asked what he loves most about working at Imperial Kitchens, Ollie said "there’s always challenges, something to learn, variety and the senior staff that take the time to teach you properly".

Meet Tony 👋

Tony is our Storeman and Forklift Operator here at Imperial Kitchens and has been part of the team for 10 years.

Working across the entirety of the warehouse and workshop, Tony keeps things clean, organised and running smoothly, doing the tasks that no one even thinks of but are so important. He oversees the unloading of materials and product supplies, our waste management, restocking, board inventory, general handyman work and anything that’s required, especially if it’s getting around on his beloved forklift!

When asked what he loves most about working at Imperial Kitchens, Tony said "it’s a family company where everyone is valued and seen, I wouldn’t work anywhere else".
