Above & Below Contracting is a locally owned and operated civil construction company with over a decade of experience delivering high quality infrastructure projects across Queensland. Founded by two seasoned civil supervisors with over 20 years combined of industry leadership, our company has built a reputation for reliability, technical excellence, and collaborative project delivery.

What do we do❓
• Water Infrastructure: Installation of water mains, pressure systems, and reticulation networks for subdivisions and municipal upgrades.
• Sewer Systems: Construction and commissioning of sewer treatment plants, gravity and pressure sewer networks, pump stations, and associated civil works.
• Electrical Civil Works: Trenching, conduit installation, pit placement, and coordination with electrical contractors for underground and overhead services.
Our team brings hands-on expertise in:
• Subdivision development (residential, commercial, and industrial)
• Roadworks and concrete structures (kerbs, footpaths, slabs, retaining walls)
• Pipeline installation and maintenance
• Site preparation, earthworks, and environmental controls
