Some materials are too beautiful to leave outside 〜

One of our favourite details at ‘Windsept’ is the continuation of the brickwork from outside in.

From the facade and landscaping, right through to the interior, repeating the same material creates a connection between inside and out and gives the home a subtle sense of consistency.

We love finding those little threads that tie a whole home together.

The revival of the retro motel 〜 I’ve loved watching this movement along the Australian Coast Line of the revival of the humble ‘motel’. I’m itching to plan a weekend in Narooma to visit the latest to join the line up - Justin Hemmes ‘Whale Narooma’.

My citta coffee cup 〜 I look forward to my morning coffee every single day, and this travel cup somehow makes the ritual even better.

Gorgeous ceramics 〜 We work with so many beautiful ceramicists including the talented Susie Brooks and I just love the beauty of these one of a kind pieces that are made with so much love.
