🔨 DOOR JAMB REPAIR

Not every damaged door jamb needs replacing.

This one had significant damage around the lock and strike area. The damaged timber was cut out, rebuilt with new timber and the hardware refitted — restoring the jamb without the cost and disruption of a full replacement.

Repair rather than replace where it makes sense.

This staircase looked like a simple repair, but once the damaged timber was opened up, extensive termite damage was uncovered.

The affected timber has now been removed and the repair is underway, restoring the strength of the stair rather than just covering up the damage.
