What a fantastic couple of days in Adelaide for the Natbuild Conference this week.

Members and premium supplier partners came together for two days of industry insight, connection, and collaboration.

From valuable group updates and market insights with Ben Gilbert and Mike Barry, to a fun evening at the National Wine Centre of Australia, it was an event to remember.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended. We’re already looking forward to doing it again in Hobart this October!

This conference allows our national network of Members and Premium Partners to come together to connect, share insights, explore new opportunities, and stay across what’s happening in the industry.

We’re heading to Adelaide with an exciting agenda of strategic discussions, one-on-one sessions, updates and plenty of networking. Our Learn & Reward program is all about recognising and rewarding the efforts of our members’ staff.

Running alongside Grow2GO, participants can earn points and win a share of up to $12,000 in cash prizes by completing activities such as supplier training modules and hosting trade breakfasts. It is a simple and engaging way to build knowledge, strengthen supplier relationships and celebrate success along the way.

And it is already off to a strong start, with the leaderboards heating up early. We cannot wait to see how things unfold as the promotion progresses.

In October last year, the Natbuild community came together in Cairns for two days of collaboration, insight and celebration. Hosted at the Shangri-La, the program combined strategic discussion with hands-on learning and memorable moments.

Delegates heard from leading demographer Simon Kuestenmacher, participated in a meaningful SolarBuddy activation, and connected with members and suppliers from across the country.

The event concluded with an incredible Awards Night at the historic Tanks Arts Centre, hosted by Myf Warhurst.

Thank you to all members, suppliers and partners who made this year’s conference one of our most energising yet. We look forward to coming together again in Adelaide in May.

With 2026 well underway we wanted to take a look back at 2025 and what was a defining year for Natbuild. A year marked by growth, clarity, capability and confidence.

Across the network, our members continued to strengthen local markets, deepen customer relationships and build commercial value. Suppliers sharpened their strategic alignment and unlocked new opportunities. And as a collective, we leaned into data, insights and innovation more than ever.

> We even managed to fit in an office move!
