🍎 We had such a fun night out supporting the Magnolia Education Foundation at its annual Roots Concert! 🎶

There’s nothing better than great music, great people, and coming together for a great cause. We loved getting to hear Wade Bowen live while helping raise money to support the incredible teachers of Magnolia ISD.

So grateful to be part of a community that shows up and invests in its schools!

🔥 From Fire Damage to Full Rebuild – Major Project Update 🔥

This home suffered a massive fire, leaving extensive structural damage throughout the property. Our team was brought in to take on the challenge of bringing it back to life.

The damage required a complete gut down to the studs, including:
✔️ Removing all exterior brick
✔️ Reframing most of the upstairs structure
✔️ Full interior demolition
✔️ Structural repairs and rebuild

We’ve now completed the demolition phase and have moved into the build-back stage.

🏗️ Progress Update:
• Framing is well underway
• Roof decking has been fully installed
• New roofing will be going on very soon

Projects like this require careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a team that knows how to rebuild from the ground up. We're excited to keep pushing forward and bring this home back stronger than ever.
