We recently completed one of our largest projects to date.

Last year, our team was entrusted with refreshing a well-known hotel in the Mackay CBD. This 12-storey landmark underwent a full clean, repair, and repaint—successfully completed in just over 30 days.

The scope included more than 80 balconies, four large double-level penthouse balconies, and multiple high-level render repairs. All works were carried out with minimal disruption to hotel guests and tenants. Our team moved efficiently through each area, leaving little trace of our presence—except for a fresh, revitalised finish.

We are incredibly proud of the commitment, skill, and long hours our crew invested to help restore the class and presence of this iconic building on Mackay’s skyline.
