KSG Civil and Construction, in partnership with Key Solutions Group, has successfully delivered a new structural awning extension within a live 24/7 industrial environment.

From structural steel and reinforcement through to roofing, cladding, drainage, lighting and access works, the project required careful planning, coordination and strict safety management from start to finish.

Another great result delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the client's operations. 👷‍♂️

Another milestone reached on our Industrial Refurbishment project 👏

The external staircase is now installed, external painting is complete, ceiling tiles are in, and our tilers are back onsite to complete the final wall tiling. With fit-off works continuing across multiple trades, the project is rapidly approaching completion.

A fantastic effort by everyone involved! 🔨

The final pieces are coming together on our Industrial Refurbishment project 🔨

It’s been a busy week onsite with painters, carpenters, electricians, cabinet makers and air conditioning specialists all working together to deliver the final fit-out. Kitchen cabinetry is now installed, upper-level painting is complete, and the project is edging closer to completion.

A great team effort as we move into the final stages. 👏

Another productive week at our Paget awning extension project! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Despite ongoing rain, the team has completed the cladding installation and is now progressing flashings and downpipes. With the final gutter components due to arrive soon, we're getting closer to project completion.

Progress continues at our Paget awning extension project despite challenging weather conditions 🌦️🏗️

Face cladding is now approximately 85% complete, with flashings, drainage and gutter installation up next as the project moves closer to completion.

We're well into the final fit-out stage of our Industrial Refurbishment project 👏

Painting is now in full swing across both levels, plumbing and electrical fit-offs have commenced, and ground-level door installations are complete. With cabinetry, final tiling, and remaining service fit-offs coming up next, the project is continuing to move steadily toward completion.

Great work by the team and trade partners delivering quality outcomes every step of the way. 🔨

Rain may have slowed us down, but progress continues at our Paget awning extension project 🌦️🏗️

A key milestone has now been reached with the roof sheeting fully installed and secured. Next up, cladding, gutters and drainage as we move closer to project completion.

Quick one for Men's Health Week — when's the last time you actually had a check-up? Not a WorkCover medical. An actual visit to the GP.

Heart disease is the #1 killer of Australian men, and most cases involve risk factors that can be picked up years before they become a real problem. The catch? Things like high blood pressure have zero symptoms until something goes seriously wrong.

The numbers worth knowing:
🩺 Blood pressure — aim for around 120 systolic. Get it checked, no symptoms = no warning.
🩸 Cholesterol — a simple blood test tells you everything
🍬 Blood sugar — early detection makes all the difference

When to start: Heart health checks from age 45 (or 35 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, or earlier with family history).

Floor and wall tiling are now complete, with grouting and sealing works underway as we move further into the final fit-out stage. With cabinetry, doors, services fit-off and partition installations coming up next, the project is continuing to take shape and move closer to completion.
