TJU ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking a Trade Qualified Boilermaker for approximately 4 weeks work in Paget, Mackay. The job will be predominately carrying out heavy fabrication for dump truck trays.

To be considered as a successful applicant for this role you will be required to have:

- Cert lll Trade Certificate
- Strong experience in heavy fabrication
- Work well in a team environment

We are offering a premium competitive flat rate of $60 p/h for the right worker who possess a keen work ethic and who strives for the highest level of quality and safety.

TJU Engineering Services have recently decided to help raise money and give back to the local Mackay community. We have designed Flannos with the TJU logo and colours, ready to wear this Winter season. We will be donating all proceeds raised to Chances Cafe, to help support the homeless community in Mackay that are reaching out for help!

This role will include carrying out on-site maintenance tasks on all heavy earth moving equipment and plant across various open-cut coal mining projects in Central Queensland.

Experience working in the mining industry

Our mobile welding trailers are all equipped with new Miller 800x duo Diesel Welding Machines, with our newest trailer we have set it up with the Arc Reach model, offering the latest in the state of art welding technologies.

Some recent works carrying out the replacement of Liebherr 996 Track Frame Idler slides.

Some photos from a Liebherr 996 shutdown recently, extensive on-site repairs to the carbody after major cracking. It was a great shutdown with the lads and all involved, a safe and productive outcome was achieved, and much appreciation was shown from the client.
