Hi everyone. We will post a few pics of some jobs we’ve done this year over the next few weeks. Here’s a bathroom and laundry we completed recently. We moved the dividing wall to make a bit more room in the bathroom. The ceiling was framed up and a Velux skylight was fitted to let in a huge amount of natural light. The configuration was changed in both the laundry and bathroom to create a bigger more practical space with more storage.

Gday guys. Here’s a deck rebuild we not long finished. We started off by removing an old concrete landing and ramp, then replaced a rotten rafter and section of beam. We added some barge boards and new flashings. The whole deck and posts got replaced with kiln dried hardwood bearers and joists which were all painted and covered with a joist flashing to make them last even longer. Merbau decking boards were fitted along with stainless steel wire balustrading to add a bit more of a modern look rather than the existing timber lattice. The original roof stayed, but we battened out the exposed rafters, added some insulation and lined the ceiling to make it more usable through the hotter months and tidy it up. The end wall got replaced and we added some new chamfer boards to match into existing. I’ve included a few before, during and after pics..👍

Gday crew. One of our recent jobs that we are partly through. We are building this deck to be low maintenance and last a long time with minimal maintenance. Hot dip galvanised posts, kiln dried hardwood bearers and joists that have been painted to seal them and make them last even longer. Tops of joists have a joist flashing fitted and topped off with secret fixed composite decking. Next to come is powder coated aluminum balustrading. Stair stringers have been hot dipped too.

Happy New Year to all of our customers and contractors! We are back on board and just wanted to share some photos of a job we completed last year. We added a deck with wrap around stairs, roof built into existing with an exposed rafter ceiling. We removed doors and windows to fit a beautiful timber sliding door. Inside, we removed walls, fitted new windows, repositioned doors all to open up the existing kitchen which received a full makeover. We also brought some shade to the beautiful pool area with a raked ceiling Cabana. Ceiling is lined with timber decking boards.
