Role: Junior Administration Assistant
Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday
Location: Northern Rivers / Hybrid
Think of it as a paid business apprenticeship. You’ll:
• Learn how to run a business from the inside out
• Support daily operations, customer communications, and project coordination
• Build systems, keep things moving, and stay one step ahead
• Start in admin and work your way up as you grow
We’re looking for someone who’s:
• Organised and eager to learn fast
• Sharp with details, good with people, and proactive with tasks
• Comfortable with digital tools and juggling priorities
• Excited to build a meaningful career in a values-driven business
