This ensuite had good bones but needed a full refresh — out with the tired white tiles and cramped shower.

In with full height fluted glass shower screen, clean timber cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling tiles, brushed gun metal tapware and a statement round basin.
A barn door for that extra touch of character, and pendant lighting that makes the whole space feel like a boutique hotel bathroom.

Sometimes all a space needs is a complete reimagining and a great team of local trades.

We recently completed this fence rebuild in Berwick for a client wanting a clean, sturdy finish that lifts the whole look of their property while standing up to the elements. Using aluminium blade panels for a modern facade bringing the outdoors in, whilst keeping some privacy.

Who are the faces behind ArcBuild?

Jarrod Appleyard is the Director and Co-Founder of ArcBuild.

Born and raised in South Gippsland, Jarrod has spent more than a decade honing his craft as a carpenter. He completed his apprenticeship with a respected local builder in Leongatha, before going on to work with an award-winning custom home builder delivering high-quality homes across the Bass Coast region.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Jarrod is known for his focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and homes built to last.

ARC stands for Appleyard Renovations & Custom Build — a family-founded business he runs alongside his wife Georgie, with a focus on creating a seamless building experience and homes thoughtfully tailored to each client’s lifestyle, vision and budget.
