It’s about time we officially introduced Lisa, who joined the Switched On team back in April! 💙

Lisa came to us with a wealth of office administration experience, including an incredible almost decade with her previous employer. Since joining us, she’s quickly become such a valued part of the team, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

When she’s not keeping us organised, Lisa loves spending time with her children and grandkids, catching up with friends and enjoying time with the people closest to her. 🤍

Office Administration (Maternity Leave Cover – 12 Month Contract with potential future opportunities)
📍 Approx. 25–30 hours per week

An exciting opportunity is available within our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join Switched On Electrical on a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing as soon as possible to work alongside our current staff member for training.

This role supports the smooth running of our office and involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Assist with daily office operations, including responding to emails and phone enquiries
* Provide maintenance updates to real estate agencies
* Order parts and follow up on deliveries
* Prepare and organise quotes, reports, and invoices
Scheduling
* Manage maintenance jobs and scheduling
* Coordinate site visits with technicians and clients
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
Communication
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries
* Draft correspondence and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Financial Administration
* Assist with invoicing and general financial administration
Compliance & Safety
* Maintain records related to safety and compliance
* Assist with preparation of documentation for regulatory requirements
About You
* High school diploma (associate’s degree or higher preferred)
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
* Office-based role
* Part-time hours (approximately 25–30 hours per week)
* Fixed-term 12-month maternity leave position with potential for future opportunities.
