We’ve been putting the B Rural Co. pipe guide to work, and it’s a great little product for improving the repeatability and speed of accurately cutting stays.
Just as important is having the experience to know when a conventional system can be adapted to suit the individual job and achieve the same result more cost-effectively.
For example, rather than automatically using two 50NB stays in a typical arrangement, in the right application we can use one 50NB stay with a deform bar used as a tie rod. It still provides the required support while reducing material improving cost efficiency.
