High performance doors 🚪

Doors do more than just open and shut- they're a crucial part of the Passive House seal. We use high-performance, insulated door systems from that lock in comfort and block out drafts.

Metalwork that lasts 🔧

From the roof down to the external details of your passive house, the type of metal you choose makes all the difference.

High-quality steel or aluminium provides strength, weather resistance, and longevity. When paired with airtight construction, the right metal materials go the distance with helping your home stay sealed and protected year-round ⏰️

Choosing the right timber 🪵

When it comes to choosing the right timber for your Passive House build, we prioritise woods that are stable and durable- perfect for airtight seals and long-lasting frames. That way, we can ensure that the wood resists warping, ultimately helping to maintain the home's efficiency over time ✅️

Designing for the long term ☝🏻

Every Passive House starts with thoughtful design- from orientation, to window placement, to shading and the layout of the rooms. All these components work together to create a home that runs efficiently for decades to come.

Good design isn't just about looks; which is why we prioritise creating a structure that performs reliably year after year, no matter the weather ⛅️

Passive Houses don't rely on large heating or cooling systems, they use smart ventilation 💨

Heat recovery ventilation (HRV) units gently circulate fresh, filtered air while keeping warmth inside.

The result?

Perfect air quality, steady temperatures, and a home that feels fresh without drafts 🥇
