🚜 COMBO OPERATOR WANTED 🚜
📍 SUNSHINE COAST → GOLD COAST
All Scope Civil is looking for a competent, reliable and experienced Combo Operator to join our family-run civil team in a casual ongoing role.
We need someone who can confidently operate a 4–6T excavator, posi track/skid steer and HR tipper and, most importantly, can be trusted to take ownership of the job and work independently.
💯 WE WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN RUN THEIR OWN DAY
This isn't a role where someone will be standing over you every five minutes.
If you're competent, we want to be able to give you the job, the plant and the instructions — and trust you to get it done.
Think "be your own boss" while still having the security and support of being part of the All Scope Civil family. You'll need to be capable of making sensible decisions onsite, looking after the machinery and taking responsibility for the quality of your work.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
🚛 HR Driver Licence
🚜 Excavator Ticket
🚧 Posi Track / Skid Steer Ticket
🦺 General Construction Induction Card / White Card
Experience across earthworks, trenching, drainage, site works and general civil construction will be highly regarded.

🔹 Get paid under the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020
🔹 Higher rate is negotiable based on experience and competency
🔹 Opportunity for greater responsibility and advancement
🔹 Work with a family-run civil business where good operators are valued
