We are proud to have been a key player in the Tanami Road upgrade project. This significant initiative not only enhanced a vital transportation route spanning over 1,035 kilometres but also had a lasting impact on the surrounding communities.

Our team utilised advanced Rollers, Dozers, and Excavators to help construct the road, ensuring safer and more efficient travel for everyone. It was an incredible experience to contribute to the infrastructure that connects Alice Springs to Halls Creek and beyond.

Big effort from the MDM Crushing & Screening crew up at the Sorby Hills Lead and Silver Mine development for Boab Metals.

The project involves producing 40,000m³ of fill material, with the team deploying its Scalper and Jaw Crusher to produce a 75mm all-in product for road base and construction footings ahead of major construction onsite.

Our new Sumitomo excavator has officially left Perth and is heading north to join the MDM fleet. 💥

Equipped with the latest Trimble Earthworks advanced GPS technology from SITECH WA, an Attach2 Ram Tilt Coupler, and a flat-bottom screed bucket for final trim grading work, it’s ready to get to work in the Kimberley. 💪

MDM Mining & Civil is looking for experienced S26 Earthworks Supervisors to support the Argyle Diamonds Rehabilitation Project in the Kimberley.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a crew, drive production and uphold strong safety standards on remote mine sites. You’ll be working across large-scale bulk earthworks, managing crews, meeting targets and ensuring compliance across all site activities.

We’re looking for supervisors who bring:
👉Strong bulk earthworks experience
👉Proven leadership on remote WA mine sites
👉Solid understanding of safety systems and Section 26 responsibilities
👉Experience with OEM fleet and GPS machine control (Trimble or CAT Grade highly regarded)
