Can you install the Luxe Cantilever yourself? Good question!

And the answer is - if you're a licensed tradie with construction experience then you'll absolutely be able to install this yourself.

If not, then you can have your preferred builder manage the installation, or speak to us and we'll put you in touch with one of our authorised installers and they'll have it up in no time flat!

Our installer network is often the most cost-effective option, as their experience means they can work quickly to install your cantilever as efficiently as possible.

Looking at the Luxe Cantilever and the Luxe Cantilever Lite and not sure which one is right for you? Let's take a closer look... ⁠

The Luxe Cantilever is our original model made from steel and can be manufactured in larger sizes up to 6x4m (and larger still in our MAX version.)⁠
⁠
Its steel composition allows us to conceal the fixings so you don't see screws on the outer edge of the frame, for a premium, sleek finish. ⁠
⁠
The Luxe Cantilever Lite has the same frame shape and roof materials, and overall looks more or less indistinguishable, except: ⁠
⁠
- it's made of a durable, light-weight aluminium frame that can be custom sized up to 4x3m.⁠
⁠
- The posts are engineered to a slightly different section size (a little longer) to suit the structural requirements for aluminium. ⁠
⁠
- The outside edge of the frame requires some discreet but visible screws, colour-matched to your frame. ⁠
⁠
- Its aluminium construction allows it to be more cost effective for an affordable shade solution. ⁠
⁠

On this project with Corey Fox Landscaping, we started with a Luxe Cantilever, but added front posts and a side wall to create privacy and frame in the beautiful view. ⁠

Even though we think the cantilever design is amazing, we know that there's a time and place where front posts can improve the design 👌. ⁠
