I’ve never really been a fan of daffodils… or most yellow flowers in general 🙈🌼

But just over a year ago, I was walking through the gardens with the kids Riverside Gardens Shepparton when I spotted the most beautiful daffodils. They weren’t the usual bright yellow I was used to, so I had to Google them… and that’s when I discovered pink daffodils existed.

This year I picked up a few cheap bulbs from ALDI Australia and they’ve turned out absolutely stunning. I’m not even sure if they’re both technically pink daffodils, but either way they may have officially changed my mind about daffodils.

The days are getting longer, which means we can finally go back to enjoying dinner outside in the afternoon sun ☀️🌿

Parsley, dill and rocket are a few of those garden essentials I always like to have growing. Nothing fancy, just fresh handfuls picked straight from the garden to add to dinner - somehow they seem to go with almost everything.
