How Air con companies in Brisbane cost you more by doing a cheap and Fast job

Below is what i follow to have a mould ridden AC unit cleaned and well maintained.

I have added 3 videos to show everyone what needs to be cleaned in an AC unit.
1st video - How the fan barrell is full of mould the next growth stage is when the white spores starts sprouting. I concentrated on the fan barrell as the mould in the coils are visually hard to see other than having a shade of black on them.
2nd video - How there is hidden mould inside the cover
3rd video - Chemicals combined with our washer to take off all the mould off

This unit was so heavily contaminated that the mould had reached maturity and was actively breeding inside the system.

When you see black mould, it is already a major issue.
However, when you see tiny, fluffy white particles growing on top of it, it means the mould colony is actively reproducing.
Those white fluff balls are spore producing heads, ready to blast into the room and spread the infestation everywhere the moment the fan spins up.

The family mentioned they had been dealing with a constant, lingering cough.
While I am an air conditioning technician not a doctor and cannot medically diagnose the cause, breathing in heavily contaminated air certainly won't help a respiratory system.

1st video - Removal of the mould in the fan barrell.
2nd video - The black mould along with the white spores in a bucket.
3rd video - The black mould alongside white spores

To all the dads, here at wish that you all had a wonderful time with family and for those dads that were alone today. Happy Fathers Day. Being a father is a wonderful thing. It is the best thing that can happen to a man. It was a little warm here in Brisbane but still we hope you all had a comfortable lunch.
