New research published in NeoBiota has found that the Western honey bee—an introduced species to Australia—and the devastating, invasive plant fungus known as myrtle rust (Austropuccinia psidii) may have formed a mutually beneficial relationship known as "invasional mutualism."

A small planting at Croobyar near Milton NSW and Morton National park. This planting was done with the help of department of climate change, energy the environment and water. Up to 300 plants were planted 2.5years ago in an organic pasture with a water course going into Stony Creek NSW. This is a major river system that flows into Burril lake NSW.
