Kicked off 2026 with another standout bathroom reno!

Working within a compact space, we managed to incorporate a bath without compromising on the layout, keeping the room feeling spacious and highly functional!

The decor and finishing touches truly elevate this space and Matt & Licelle couldn’t be happier with their newest addition.

The final bathroom renovation of 2025 was a true standout ✨️
The quality of finishes in this space is second to none, delivering a striking end result. The lighting features, in particular, really bring this space to life, with a back-lit mirror and a LED light strip recessed in the ceiling.
A big shout-out to for their exceptional workmanship — the mitres on the shelf and nib wall are executed to perfection and really showcase the attention to detail throughout.
It was a pleasure working with Jed and Arna throughout this project, who are absolutely thrilled with the finished result and loving their new space!

Another outdoor upgrade completed 💪
Utilising Merbau decking boards encasing the treated pine frame with platform steps off the side, extending the entertainment space from the paved fire pit area previously done by .landscaping

Nice little project to finish off the week. Clients approached me as they wanted to freshen up the front of their house while utilising the existing frame of the deck where possible, replaced the damaged framing required, and then covered with Merbau decking boards. Transforming the entry into a nice welcoming area!
The clients were very wrapped with it and even insisted on taking a photo of me with the end product!

Had a bit of fun tackling this TV wall and storage box. First time carrying out a job like this and I finished it feeling pretty chuffed with the end result and so did the clients!

The job involved fixing a stud frame in place with a recess for the TV, cladding it with Tas oak ply sheets with a black express joint, constructing a Tas oak ply storage box from scratch, tiling the lid of the storage box and tiling over the existing tiles on the hearth. All work was carried out by myself with Inphase Electrical Contracting running power and a HDMI tunnel from the TV to the back of the storage box.

A merbau fence I completed a few weeks ago for some lovely clients. Utilising merbau hardwood posts concreted into the ground to provide a strong structure to cope with heavy winds and using merbau screening slats to tie it all together, whilst reusing the existing aluminium gate the clients had. It came up a treat and I finished the job with some very happy clients! ⚒️

Welcome to my new business page, I just thought I would introduce myself.
My name is Hugh, I am a qualified carpenter who has been in the industry for over 6 years and fully qualified for nearly 3 years. In April I will be starting my certificate IV in building and construction to eventually receive my builders certificate.

I have completed jobs ranging from your general carpentry and maintenance work through to decks, bathroom renovations, balustrades, office fit outs and subcontracting out to builders involving building new homes and extensions.
