Some recent high risk work removing some ivy, grasses and shrubs from a property in Salamanca for Elders Realestate.

The works consisted of traffic management due to working in a car park, fall arrest for the team working on the cliff face and other PPE requirements to ensure the job ran safely with no incident.

Once the top layer had been pulled out by the excavator, the ivy was hand removed from the rocks and building walls, and lifted out safely from ground level.

Thanks to the team at Moore Civil and Joe for operating the machine.

Our crews were kept busy after a call from MJR-Builders Pty Ltd requesting some assistance in dismantling and disposing of a shed and contents after an unfortunate fire.

The shed was made safe, contents removed and then dismantled and removed from site. A pressure clean of the slab and the area is now ready for a rebuild.

We have seen many things be used to build a retaining wall, and can now say beer cans are not recommended!

A recent clean up removing rubbish, cans and other items from a property in preparation for some further works.

We’ve had a heap of calls of late for leaking roofs and here is one we repaired in Battery Point where water was leaking through an old chimney and had been for quite sometime!

We found a flashing on the roof required repairs, and recommended some shelving in the walk in robe be replaced.

A quick repair on the roof, pulled out the old shelving and found some serious water damage. It was nothing for our team to replace and is now looking like new once again.

All repairs completed in house by our talented team, covering all things property maintenance- 24/7 🏡
