What a difference one day can make. 👏

When we arrived, this new project site was heavily overgrown, scattered with construction debris and overrun with brown snakes, making access difficult and the area unsafe.

After a solid day in the Bobcat, the site is now cleared, tidy, accessible and, most importantly, safe for works to begin.

And those views… absolutely incredible. We seem to be blessed with some pretty spectacular backdrops on our projects.

This old lady has certainly seen better days, but she has plenty of life left in her yet. We can’t wait to help restore her and transform this beautiful property into a home once again. 🏡

Watch this space as the transformation is only just beginning.

Some days it’s all big progress. Other days it’s tiny details, a lot of tools, and someone asking where their pencil went.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the Hybrid crew on one of our latest projects.

It’s not always glamorous, and it’s definitely not always clean, but there’s a lot of care, problem-solving and good old-fashioned teamwork that goes into bringing a project together.

Proud is an understatement.

Jackson is lining up for the U12s Pittsworth & District Rugby League team in the City to Country Challenge, and we couldn’t be more excited for him.

Jackson has been playing footy since U6s, and over the years he has travelled all over for carnivals from Townsville to Charleville, Torbanlea, Condamine and Albany Creek. He plays wing, gives it his all, and his commitment to the game is something he should be incredibly proud of, from those early mornings, through to every carnival, road trip and opportunity since.

A special moment for Brendan too, being able to share this experience with Jackson and be part of the journey by presenting him his personalised kit last night.

Good luck Jackson and the U12s Pittsworth & District Rugby League team. 🏉

This garage was feeling a little… short-sighted! With a door opening sitting at under 1800mm, access was tight, clearance was lacking, and both driving in and walking around felt like a daily obstacle course.

So we’re "raising the roof" to create better vehicle clearance, easier access in and out and better security with a panel lift door. In this reel, Brendan walks you through what’s happening on site and what’s coming up next.

The roof goes on and it will be ready for a new panel lift door to be installed by . And yes, things are finally looking up 😉

At this Lockyer property, we removed the old rear deck and built a brand-new 17m x 4m outdoor living zone, complete with a 75mm Cooldek Classic insulated patio roof and galvanised steel frame, and rich merbau decking. The result? A space that invites you to step outside, breathe, and soak in that beautiful creek outlook.

This upgrade followed a full roof replacement and internal renovation, and now the outside finally matches the home’s new feel.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 “𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲” 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆

When our clients gave us full creative freedom on this one, we knew it was going to be 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭. After a few rounds of Pinterest moodboarding and some honest chats about their goals, we got to work bringing the outside of this home up to the same standard as the newly renovated interior.

With a new front fence and gate, a complete carport makeover, front and rear decks re-laid with zero maintenance composite board and finished with decorative arbour trims, and a rear carport extension off the existing shed, this property got the full Hybrid treatment.

The family had already found their next home, so it was crunch time to get it done, and we couldn’t be prouder of how it came together. The clients wrapped it up perfectly with fresh paint and landscaping, ready for a quick (and very successful) sale.

What started as an unsafe deck and ramp was transformed into a brand-new hardwood landing with custom balustrade and stairs. Most of the material was rough-sawn hardwood, hand dressed onsite for a precision fit.

🔨 Challenges? Absolutely.
The adjoining fence was raked, meaning every angle had to be carefully customised to suit. But that’s what we do best – solving the tricky details others might shy away from.
