1992 Ford Es**rt RS Cosworth Motorsport Edition | Shed Toy Series

This week’s Shed Toy from Stockman Sheds is a 1992 Es**rt RS Cosworth Motorsport Edition, built by Ford to challenge the dominant Toyota Celica and Lancia Delta.

2,500 of these had to go up for public sale so Ford could get a rally car onto the WRC grid. This car is one of them.

It started life as a London dealer demonstrator, moved to a collector in Japan who dressed it in 1994 WRC-winning livery, and landed in Australia in 2009.

Since then it has been thrashed around Southeast Queensland tracks, and the battle scars show.

In this video, we delve into the Fokker tri-plane link behind that body kit, the whale tail, and the 224 horsepower Garrett T35 blue top turbo two-litre.

Our latest build in Groomsville is an absolute beast. Almost 500m² of enclosed space, 6m high walls, five Steel-Line roller doors and more than 16 tonnes of Australian BlueScope Steel.

Finished in Colorbond® Monument and Shale Grey and sitting on a 150mm concrete slab, this shed can handle the heavy gear.

We’re at the Mariposa Pocket Estate in Withcott, walking through a 12m by 12m shed with a 30-degree roof pitch and very decent height.

Two large 3.3 metre roller doors can accommodate all vehicle sizes and a caravan too. A side door gives you cross-breeze and easy access to get mowers and tools in and out.

The back bay mezzanine puts that roof height to work with storage up top and a framework below.

A commercial shed built to work hard and smart.

This new Harristown shed packs plenty into its footprint, with two separate internal sections, three Steel-Line roller doors and complete drive-through access on one side.

At 8m x 9.19m x 3.6m, it gives the business secure storage and plenty of access. That internal height provides useful vertical space without dominating the site.

We bang on a bit about the brackets we use in our shed builds, and today we are going to put them to the test.

There’s no better way to do this than with the brutal power of a TTR50.

The finished Preston Manor shed is looking incredible👌

We recently headed back to Preston Manor in Top Camp to check out the completed commercial shed we built for this stunning wedding and events venue.

At 12m x 20.28m x 5m, there’s plenty of room inside for the practical side of running a busy venue. Outside, Dover White® cladding, a steep gable roof, tall Bradnams windows and custom Preston Manor branding help the shed fit right in with the rest of the property.

Add six Steel-Line roller doors for easy access and a BlueScope steel frame underneath it all, and you’ve got a commercial shed that's as functional as it is good-looking.
