DB Landcare has decided to change its name to...

🌿 Heywood & District Tree Services 🌿

While our name may be changing, you'll still be getting the same great service from the same local team you've come to know and trust.

With growth comes the need for change, and our new name better reflects who we are and the work we do every day. From tree trimming and removals to stump removals, slashing, mowing, spraying, hedging and general property maintenance, we're here to help.

Today we had the chance to give a garden bed at a local school a bit of a refresh. It had seen better days and was in need of some care, so our team spent the day clearing it out and giving it a new look.

Hopefully it makes the space a little brighter for the students and staff who pass by it every day 😍

As a local business, we’re lucky to sometimes work alongside the Heywood SES crew on job sites, especially after storms when trees are down, roads are blocked, and the community needs help fast.
These volunteers show up in all conditions, at all hours, with professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for our town. Whether it’s making roads safe, supporting residents, or coordinating onsite so everyone gets home safely, they’re an absolute credit to the community.
From our experience on the ground, they’re organised, calm under pressure, and great to work alongside. Heywood is better and safer because of them.
