The 10 round season plus finals Bartlett Building & Renovations Junior Competition will tap off Monday the 31st of August 🏉

📅Grand Final Saturday 5th of December
No games during School Holidays or Public Holidays

📍Games will be played on Monday afternoons between 3:45pm and 6:00pm at Hervey Bay Sports Club, Tavistock Street, Torquay.

✅ Team and individual player registrations open in early August.

Touch Football Australia/Queensland Touch Membership & Insurance: $65

The annual TFA/QTF Membership & Insurance is valid for participation in all Touch Football competitions across Queensland for the current financial year.

🔨🏡 Renovation Update 🏡🔨

Another exciting project taking shape! As part of this home renovation, we removed internal walls to create an open-plan living area, improving flow, space, and natural light throughout the home.

We’ve now framed up a brand-new room, and it’s great to see the transformation coming together. It’s always rewarding turning our client’s visions into reality while adding both functionality and value to their homes.

🚧 Friday Strip Out! 🚧

Today we kicked off another bathroom renovation with a full strip out. The old bathroom has been removed and we’re getting the space ready for a fresh new look.

Next steps will include updating the plumbing and electrical before we start bringing the new bathroom to life. Stay tuned as we take this one from outdated to modern!

Progress update at our River Heads house extension 🔨🏡

The roof trusses are now in place and the structure is really coming to life. With its elevated position and stunning coastal outlook, this extension will completely transform the home once finished.

Solid progress on site and we’re excited to move into the next stages. More updates to come as this project continues to take shape.

This outdoor space is now complete and ready to be enjoyed. The warm timber finish, clean lines and natural surroundings have come together perfectly to create a functional and inviting area for relaxing, sitting back with a cold afternoon bevvie or enjoying a morning coffee.

Bartlett Building & Renovations is looking for reliable, motivated carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis. Work is varied and includes local projects across the Wide Bay region, with upcoming work on K’gari (Fraser Island).

Carpenter Skills & Requirements:

• Qualified or experienced carpenter
• Experience in residential building and renovations
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• Own tools and reliable vehicle

Labourer Skills & Requirements:

• Previous construction or building labouring experience preferred but not necessary
• Physically fit and able to assist across a variety of tasks
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Own basic tools and reliable vehicle

Subcontractors:

• Suitable for qualified carpenters or experienced trades
• Must hold relevant licences, insurances, and ABN
• Own tools and reliable transport required

Essential for All Applicants:

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• White Card
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

✨ Exterior Glow-Up Complete ✨

What a transformation! This home has been completely refreshed with a modern new colour palette, taking it from a dated yellow terracotta exterior with maroon fascia to a crisp, beautiful Silver Teacup exterior paired with Alpine fascia 🤍

With the addition of a carport for extra storage, an upgraded front door, and updated gable features, the home now has a clean, modern look with improved street appeal.

And with concreting already underway under the carport and for the driveway extension, this glow-up is officially finished 👏

Kicking off the new year with this feature wall transformation in a main bedroom, upgrading it from polished ply board to modern cladding.

The result adds texture, warmth and a more refined finish, completely elevating the look and feel of the space. Our clients couldn’t be happier with the transformation of their bedroom.
