🔧 Hot Water Upgrade 🔧

Our clients old electric hot water system had seen better days, so it was time for an upgrade!

We removed the existing system and installed a 330L EnviroSun HP Plus Heat Pump.
One of the quietest heat pumps on the market, while offering the potential to save up to 73% on energy usage compared with traditional electric hot water systems.

A great upgrade for improved efficiency, reliability and lower running costs

And they’re not a bad looking unit either! 😎

Our client wanted to freshen up the ensuite in their new home. They wanted something simple, practical, easy to maintain, without going for an over the top make over.

We knew exactly what they were after and got stuck in, giving the ensuite a fresh new look with a new toilet, vanity, basin and tapware, topped off with a new mirrored shaving cabinet.

Simple, clean and functional exactly what the client wanted 💪

Sometimes you don’t know what’s going on underground until you start digging! 👀

This sewer riser had completely broken away underground, leaving the sewer access point damaged and full of dirt.

We dug it out, removed the old damaged riser and broken fittings, then installed a new section, bringing the sewer inspection point back up to scratch. For now, we’ve left the IS cover well above ground level so it doesn’t get hit or damaged again while construction continues on site.

🐀💦 YOU WOULDN’T BELIEVE WHAT CAUSED THIS FLOOD

This one was definitely an interesting one!

We were called out to a home after the client noticed water dripping from their downlights by this stage, there was already extensive water damage throughout the house. 😳

After getting into the roof space and investigating, we found the culprit…

A rodent had chewed through a mains hot water pipe, causing it to constantly leak into the roof space.

The water continued running until it eventually made its way through the ceiling and started dripping out of the downlights, alerting the client that something was seriously wrong.

As you can see from the photos, the rodent had absolutely destroyed the pipe, chewing away at it until it finally chewed a hole.

The actual plumbing repair was a simple and relatively quick fix once we found the problem but unfortunately, by then the damage had already been done.

The constant water leak had caused extensive damage in other areas of the home, turning what was a straightforward plumbing repair into a much bigger problem for the homeowner.

Bit of a crazy one, really! 🤯

🚽 Making everyday life that little bit easier.
