Pool Technician – Leisure Pools Wide

Leisure Pools Wide Bay is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Pool Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a well-respected local business, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role;
You’ll be responsible for the ongoing care, maintenance, and servicing of residential swimming pools. This includes:
• Regular pool cleaning and water testing
• Balancing chemicals and maintaining water quality
• Inspecting equipment and identifying issues
• Installing and servicing pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Completing service reports and communicating with the office team
• Assisting with handovers and educating customers on pool care
• Pool Servicing of Leisure Pools and Nexus Pools customers only
What We’re Looking For;
• Experience in pool servicing or a similar trade (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Good communication skills and a customer focused approach
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Current driver’s licence
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
