As growth kicks in, the thin patches, w**ds and yellowing suddenly stand out. The good news? Most of it is fixable with a few well-timed jobs. ๐
๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐น: Identify the w**d first, then use a lawn-safe product suited to your grass type. Young, actively growing w**ds are the easiest to tackle.
๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Never remove more than one-third of the leaf blade at a time. Keep blades sharp and go a little higher while the lawn recovers.
๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ป-๐๐ฝ: Feed once the lawn is actively growing, and give it a deep soak rather than light, frequent watering.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Compacted soil? Bare patches? Heavy thatch? Aerating, topdressing or patching might be what your lawn needs.
Spring is the season to reset your lawn before the summer heat. Focus on healthy growth, not instant perfection!
