🍁 One of my favourite parts of any renovation is finally getting to choose the finishes that bring the vision to life.

The last few weeks have been all about demolition, structural work and stacks of timber frames—not exactly the glamorous side of renovating! 😄

✨ We picked up all of the new internal doors, and for me, it feels like we've reached the exciting stage where the house starts to become a home. Every selection is made with the overall design in mind because it's the little details that elevate a renovation and create lasting value.

I can't wait to show you how it all comes together. Stay tuned... the fun part is just beginning!

✨ Our property renovation journey didn’t start with our first flip—it started many years ago.

While we’re currently completing our first official flip, our experience in transforming homes goes back much further. Our passion was first sparked when we were invited to take on a Joint Venture renovation of a property in Winmalee. That project completely changed the course of what we do today.

Since then, we’ve continued to build on that experience, refining our eye for design, detail, and practical renovation solutions that add real value.

💧 Now that the old bathroom and laundry tiles have been removed, we can finally see the full extent of the flooring that needs replacing.
Unfortunately, the original flooring wasn’t waterproofed, which is why waterproofing wet areas before tiling is now a mandatory requirement.
We’ll be making sure everything is done properly and to current standards this time around, so the new space is built to last.

Scary, right? It might look like destruction, but this is where the strategy kicks in.
By stripping the walls back, we can clearly identify termite damage, replace compromised framing, and rebuild on a solid foundation.
Anyone can cover things up. We prefer to fix them properly.

Not the prettiest stage—but one of the most important.

We’ve started opening up the space by removing the dividing wall between the kitchen and living area.

The original layout felt closed off and didn’t make the most of the home’s footprint.

Our approach is to create a more open, connected layout that feels lighter, more functional, and aligned with how people live today.

Every decision at this stage is made with the end result in mind.

This is where the transformation begins.
