Quiet Luxury, the Sky way 🤍.

This is the kind of aesthetic that inspires our renovations — modern, minimalist Mediterranean, with warm neutrals, natural textures and a calm, timeless feel.

We may not be using grasscloth wall coverings in our current project, but the same colour palette, natural warmth and understated elegance are very much part of the vision.

Quiet luxury doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply about choosing the right materials, colours and proportions — and knowing when to stop.

If I were a contestant on The Block… this would be my bedroom. 🤍

My idea of Quiet Luxury isn’t about making a room look expensive. It’s about creating a space that feels calm, timeless, elegant and beautifully considered.

Natural textures, soft neutrals, beautiful linens, understated details — and nothing that feels like it’s trying too hard.

This is the kind of room I’d love to present on The Block. No gimmicks. No over-styling. Just quiet, effortless luxury.

A massive shoutout to our plumbers, Andrew and Nathan! 🛠️🙌

These guys are absolute machines! They just completed a whole-house plumbing rough-in with all brand-new pipes in just two days.

We are so incredibly grateful for their epic work ethic, speed, and efficiency. They worked so hard to get it all done flawlessly in record time.

Thank you so much, Andrew and Nathan—you guys are legends! 🪠✨

1 or 2? Which Kitchen Layout Would You Choose? 🤔

I'd love your opinions before we finalise the design!

✨ Option 1 – Island Bench
• Easy access to the laundry and backyard.
• The laundry backs onto the large linen cupboard, making it convenient for both the bathroom and bedrooms.
• The trade-off is less space for a dining table near the window, so the island bench would be approximately 1.65 metres long.

✨ Option 2 – Galley Layout
• The bench runs along the wall, giving you more room for a dining table by the window.
• The extra wall space also allows for more power points and USB charging outlets.
• The downside is that you need to walk around the bench and through the kitchen to access the laundry.

💬 Which layout would you choose, and why? I'd really appreciate your feedback before we lock it in!

A huge shout out to our incredible Carpenter, Chris! 👏
The transformation starts with the unseen work, and Chris has absolutely nailed it. From installing all the new flooring and support framing in the wet areas to replacing damaged wall timbers and framing the new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and main bedroom layout- his craftsmanship has laid the perfect foundation for everything to come.
Quality work, attention to detail, and genuine pride in the job. Thanks Chris! Looking forward to seeing this renovation continue to come to life. 🔨✨

🍁 One of my favourite parts of any renovation is finally getting to choose the finishes that bring the vision to life.

The last few weeks have been all about demolition, structural work and stacks of timber frames—not exactly the glamorous side of renovating! 😄

✨ We picked up all of the new internal doors, and for me, it feels like we've reached the exciting stage where the house starts to become a home. Every selection is made with the overall design in mind because it's the little details that elevate a renovation and create lasting value.

I can't wait to show you how it all comes together. Stay tuned... the fun part is just beginning!

✨ Our property renovation journey didn’t start with our first flip—it started many years ago.

While we’re currently completing our first official flip, our experience in transforming homes goes back much further. Our passion was first sparked when we were invited to take on a Joint Venture renovation of a property in Winmalee. That project completely changed the course of what we do today.

Since then, we’ve continued to build on that experience, refining our eye for design, detail, and practical renovation solutions that add real value.
