A couple new windows for a repeat customer who is getting their house painted. The old ones were rotten with non compliant 4mm float glass and unrestricted window winders that allowed the sash’s to open beyond the modern building code requirements. Both a major hazard for children!

Facility maintenance job for a very well know international organisation. Thinking outside the box we used unconventional carpentry methods to convert the existing cavity units (pocket door frames) into hinged doors while avoiding the long process of demolition, wall framing, plastering and repainting.

Seine Maison Satin Nickel Entrance set with internal wave handles and heavy duty stainless steel hinges.

White translucent laminated safety glass.

Mahogany, Merbau and vic ash door frame with draught seals.

And the doors are made from Vic Ash timber with beveled Merbau panels and Tassie Oak glazing beads.

We can’t wait to see these painted!

High rise night works in the C*D altering traditional double hung windows to accommodate for the necessary HVAC upgrades for this education building.
Working closely with the project management team we got these works finished safely and on schedule during the school holidays.
