Embark Projects QLD are thrilled to announce completion of our latest two projects!!:

Hillcrest House - Sanctuary Cove. Completed in only 10 months, this single level home was designed to capture the very best in costal living. With a neutral palette of soft greys, weatherboards, Brass hardware, hand pitched stone and travertine this home oozes warmth and character. Designed by 59Degrees, this is our 4th successful project in Sanctuary Cove with more to come!

Ephriam Island - Paradise Point. What a transformation! Completed in only 10weeks, Embark were appointed to completely strip and refit this beautiful 3bedroom waterfront apartment. From original architecture, the new boldness of black and charm of VJ set the tone for a new era of boldness and class. Meticulous planning and attention to detail was key in completing this project within a hi-rise apartment building without impact to existing residents. We thank our clients for in trusting Embark to complete their new home.. and may we add.. two weeks ahead of schedule 🥳😉🏗️.

Project Update - Hillcrest Sanctuary Cove

Work on Hillcrest has powered towards completion over the last two months and we couldn’t be happier with the finish our team continues to deliver!! With internal works now complete, only leaving final clean and joint sealing. We are fearless working on landscape with driveway and external pathways complete.

The internal contrast of brass gold fittings, marble and VJ exude luxury at the highest of standards. The exterior travertine pathways now seamlessly link external living areas with ease providing the ultimate in resort living.

Stay tuned as we put the finishing touches on this sprawling single story beauty 😍

Project Update: Hillcrest Sanctuary Cove

Despite the recent wet weather, work has powered ahead on Hillcrest!

With completion of structural block walls ✅, the lower frame is now up✅, trusses installed✅, pool pavilion built✅ and exposed rafters to the entry foyer complete✅. We are on programme and excited to be only weeks away from our next milestone…

Awesome effort by Impact Bricklaying and JRM Built over the last month in getting us into this position before Xmas.

Embark Projects QLD recently reached a significant milestone on Hillcrest in Sanctuary Cove with completion of base stage. This 90m3 pour was completed over a 6hr period under testing conditions for all involved.

Next Up: Corefilled Blockwork Followed by Framing!🏗️🏗️
