One of our projects during the construction stage 👷‍♂️

The outdoor area was really starting to come together here and the concreting, patio and pool surrounds all progressing as part of the broader project.

Our client was extremely happy with the their outdoor entertaining area in Paradise Point 4216, which received a full plastering finish to create a smooth, seamless ceiling ready for painting🎨

This bedroom ceiling in Pacific Pines 4211 had been affected by water damage 💧 and needed more than a cosmetic touch-up.

The damaged ceiling was removed, replaced and finished ready for painting, bringing the room back to a clean, presentable standard.

We attended this Worongary home for what sounded like a straightforward plastering repair, but when the ceiling was opened up we uncovered significant termite damage 🐜

We removed the affected plasterboard and secured the area until the necessary timber repairs could be booked in prior to the ceiling being reinstated, and the client arranged termite treatment.

This is exactly why we don’t believe in band-aid fixes. Covering over visible damage might make an area look better, but if the underlying problem remains, the damage can continue and the eventual repair can become far more extensive and costly. Depending on the extent it may affect the structural integrity of a home.

At SEQ Building & Rectification Services, we would rather fix the real problem and deal with it properly, than put our name and warranty behind a quick cosmetic repair.
