📣 SHECANWORK IS RECRUITING NOW!

Are you or do you know a migrant woman in Melbourne’s north looking to enter or re-enter the Australian workforce?

SHECANWORK is an employment pathways program for migrant women who want to build confidence, understand Australian workplaces, strengthen employability skills and gain practical work experience.

This program, delivered by Enable and Sheforce, may be suitable for women who are:
✅ new to the Australian workforce
✅ returning to work after a break
✅ finding it hard to get Australian work experience
✅ looking to improve confidence applying for jobs
✅ wanting to better understand workplace expectations
✅ interested in exploring employment opportunities across different industries

Participants start with practical employability training, with eligible participants able to progress to paid work experience with Enable or an industry employer, and further support to explore employment opportunities.

✨️This National Skills Week, we’re celebrating the power of skills, pathways and inclusive workforce development. ✨️ Sheforce is Australia’s first female‑owned and led Group Training Organisation built to remove barriers, open doors, and create real career pathways for women, young people and disadvantaged jobseekers.

Thank you to Office of the Industry Advocate South Australia for inviting Sheforce to the SA Meet the Buyer event. We loved being part of such an energising and insightful panel.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with SA Government departments and major infrastructure partners who are driving real change across the state. We’re proud to contribute to conversations that strengthen capability, inclusion and workforce pathways in construction across South Australia.

It was so useful to hear what "good" government procurement actually looks like - from the perspective of industry.

For years, we’ve focused on empowering women and priority jobseekers with practical, confidence‑building financial education. Today, we’re expanding that impact to support our clients and their employees to manage their money, plan for their future, and retire comfortably.
