Photos taken moments before disaster??

Yesterday we were called out to a small leak under a basin. Luckily the home owner noticed before it became much worse and causing more damage!

A friendly reminder to check on your hoses regularly and any sign of rust or frayed hose is a sign to get them replaced 👨‍🔧

This week we were called out to a home experiencing very low water pressure throughout the entire house. After going underneath the house, we found that the main water line was galvanised steel and as old as the house itself. It didn’t take long to identify the issue.

Over time, rust and sediment build up inside galvanised pipes, reducing the internal diameter and significantly restricting water flow, which leads to low water pressure.

We replaced all of the galvanised pipework under the house with new PEX piping and reconnected it to all fixtures. This immediately resolved the problem and restored normal water pressure throughout the home

Starting off 2026 with a hot water service replacement after the old unit was only supplying hot water to two fixtures

We also increased the size of the cold water feed to accomodate the flow rates required to keep the unit running smoothly!
