Manning St Kitchen.

A considered space brought together with cabinetry by T&M Cabinets, Pirgon Arabescato stone by Signorino, Chevron Cloud flooring by Made By Storey and a feature pendant by Christopher Boots.

Everything comes together beautifully in this one.

Precision in every detail.

Crafted to maximise the view.

A great project starts with a shared vision and Meet Me at Marys was exactly that.

Delivered as a collaborative design and construct project, the result is a warm vibrant and free-flowing restaurant that completely transformed the existing space.

We're proud of what we achieved alongside Donna and the team, and even more grateful for these words:

"Communication was key and Ged was on our wave length. His calm manner and nothing is too hard attitude allowed us to achieve a tremendous venue in Geelong. Ged has a network of trades he engages with and they are as professional and diligent as North Building. Look forward to dealing with Ged on future projects."

Texture is one of the most effective ways to add depth and character to a home.

By layering natural materials like timber, stone and brick, architects can create visual interest without relying on bold colours or decorative finishes.

It's a simple design principle that helps spaces feel warm, timeless and connected to their surroundings.

Smart joinery makes a space work.

Storage that makes sense. Details that work harder.

It’s these decisions that make a home feel calm, functional and easy to live in.

It's easy to fall in love with a home when it's brand new.

The real question is: will you still love living in it ten years from now?

That's the kind of thinking that shapes every home we build.

Prospect Road is a project where old and new come together with intention.

With the original home carefully retained, every new addition has been thoughtfully designed to respect its heritage while creating a home that's built for modern living.
