Not a bad office view for the boys on Tuesday!
Our install team spent the day at Marina Coffee last week, replacing an outdated air conditioning system after an irreparable breakdown left the café without cooling.

After a quick site visit, we were able to come up with an alternative replacement system and work around the café’s trading hours to get the job done with no downtime or loss of trade.

The boys certainly weren’t complaining either — they were kept well fed with fresh crab sandwiches and endless coffees while they worked. 🦀☕️

The new system is now up and running and the café is cooling better than ever.

Cool café, happy customers, well-fed tradies… everybody won that day!🙌

When the air con goes down in a café, there’s no time to muck around !

We recently attended a breakdown at Rise Café at The Avenues Plaza, where temperatures inside were climbing above 35°C thanks to the added heat from the cooking equipment.

The existing unit had reached the end of its life and needed replacing. With prompt approval from The Avenues Property Management, we were able to get things moving quickly.

In less than 36 hours, we had a crane booked for a 5am start, the failed system decommissioned and removed, and a brand new Daikin ceiling cassette installed and up and running.

A great team effort and quick turnaround to get the café comfortable again for both staff and customers! Thanks to our service manager Ange for her quick diagnosis and ensuring we could get the job done fast and efficiently! 👍🏻
